- What is Salon Factor?
- Salon Factor is a subscription based online website building system for salons and beauty professionals. Your Salon Factor subscription includes everything you need to create and manage a professional website, including a free domain name and high-performance hosting.
- How much does it cost?
- Salon Factor costs $14.95 per month. This includes your website, online website administration tools, as well as high-performance website hosting. Your paid subscription also includes one (1) free domain name registration.
- Do I need to know how to code?
- Absolutely not! Salon Factor was designed to be the easiest solution for building a professional looking website. We’ve integrated everything you’ll need right into the system, from adding Facebook links, to uploading photos. Editing is as easy as typing an email.
- Can I change my design?
- Yes, as often as you like! Your Salon Factor site includes a wide variety of template designs built in and we are adding more all the time. You can change your site design at any time in just two clicks!
- Can I pick my colors?
- Yes, every Salon Factor template includes options to customize the colors.
- Can I use my logo?
- Yes, you can easily upload your logo.
- Can I upload photos?
- Yes! You can easily create photo galleries to showcase your work, show off your salon, or introduce your staff. You can also upload images for use on your pages with the built-in image bank.
- Can I embed video?
- Yes! You can easily embed a YouTube or Vimeo video on your site.
- Can I add a Google Map?
- Yes! We’ve built Google Maps right into the system. All you need to do is input your address and your site will automatically publish an interactive Google map with street view and driving directions.
- Can I add Social Sharing Links?
- Absolutely! Salon Factor has built-in support for all major social networking services. From Facebook Like and Twitter Tweet buttons, to links to your own Facebook, Twitter and MySpace pages. We’ve also built-in a universal sharing button so your site visitors can easily share your site with the social network of their choice.
- Can I use my own domain name?
- Yes, if you currently have a domain name you can easily use it with your Salon Factor website. If you do not have a domain name, you can take advantage of our free domain name offer.
- What if I need help?
- We’re here for you every step of the way, and are glad to answer any questions. We’ve built an innovative support and feedback system right into your website administration so it’s easy for you to find answers or ask for help.
- How do I pay?
- You can subscribe to Salon Factor with the following major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and Discover. You will automatically be billed $14.95 per month after your 30 free trial period.
- How do I cancel my account?
- While we hope you never need to cancel your account, we understand sometimes things just don’t work out. You can easily cancel your account at any time online through your website administration pages.
